To renew your ACRA registration, you can either:

• Renew online via BizFile+:

  1. Log in to BizFile+ with your SingPass ID and password.

  2. Click on the "Renew Business Registration" e-Service.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the renewal process.

• Engage a registered filing agent (RFA) to renew on your behalf:

  1. Contact an RFA and provide them with the necessary information.

  2. The RFA will submit the renewal application on your behalf and pay the renewal fee.

Renewal Requirements

• You must have met all the requirements for renewal, such as paying any outstanding fees and complying with all relevant laws and regulations.

• You must renew your registration within 60 days before the expiry date. If you are late in renewing, a penalty may be imposed.

Renewal Fees

• The renewal fee for a business registration is S$30.

How to Pay the Renewal Fee

• You can pay the renewal fee online using a credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.

Once you have submitted your renewal application and paid the renewal fee, ACRA will process your application. You will receive a notification once your registration has been renewed.

Please note that you can only renew your ACRA registration online if you are an authorized officer of the business. If you are not an authorized officer, you will need to engage an RFA to renew on your behalf.
